Heartbreaking details have emerged in the murder of Tutkun Burcu Köseoğlu, who was stabbed to death by her religiously wedded husband Yusuf B. in the Yenice district of Karabük. While the three children who were taken out of the house ran 200 meters to the police station to ask for help, this could not prevent the tragic outcome, and the murder suspect was taken to the courthouse in a bulletproof vest.

The incident occurred yesterday evening on Menderes Street. According to the allegations, Yusuf B. (48) came to the house where his religiously wedded wife Tutkun Burcu Köseoğlu (29) lived. Yusuf B. made the three children, two girls and one boy aged between 7 and 10, leave the house, then started arguing with Köseoğlu for an unknown reason. Upon hearing the noises from the house, the terrified children quickly ran away from the house to the Yenice District Police Department, about 200 meters away, and reported the situation to the police to save their mother.

ENTERED THE HOUSE WITH FIREFIGHTERS' HELP

Upon the children's report, teams were dispatched to the address without delay. However, because the door was locked, police teams called the fire department to the scene. After the firefighters opened the door, police and health teams who entered found Tutku Burcu Köseoğlu lying motionless in blood. In the examination by health teams, it was determined that the unfortunate woman had died at the scene due to knife wounds to her throat.

TAKEN TO COURTHOUSE IN BULLETPROOF VEST

The suspect Yusuf B., who was taken into custody shortly after the murder, was brought to Yenice Courthouse in a bulletproof vest under extensive security measures after his procedures at the police station were completed. It was noteworthy that the suspect completely left unanswered the questions from journalists such as "Why did you do it?" and "Are you sorry?"
