A foul smell enveloping an apartment building in the Efeler district of Aydın mobilized teams. Entering the home with masks, the teams encountered the lifeless body of 63-year-old Şırzat Kızılay, who had not been heard from for about a week, and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
Upon the bad smell surrounding the apartment at 210th Street, Cuma Neighborhood, Efeler district of Aydın, citizens reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, fire brigade, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the area. The teams arriving at the scene shortly after entered the apartment from which the smell was coming with the help of the fire brigade.
THE CAUSE OF THE BAD SMELL TURNED OUT TO BE A CORPSE
The teams, who entered the house with masks due to the spread of the bad smell, encountered a corpse inside. The examination revealed that the person was Şırzat Kızılay (63), who had been unreachable for a week. As the bad smell enveloped the neighborhood, Kızılay's lifeless body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute to determine the exact cause of death after the completion of the crime scene investigation. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
