Terrible accident on the TEM highway: A car crashed into a truck and was crushed like paper, 2 people lost their lives.

In the accident that occurred at the Bolu crossing of the TEM Highway, the car with license plate 06 BVE 356, driven by Berat Kaan Y. (22), collided with the trailer of the truck with license plate 38 TC 915, driven by Mahmut Ç., which was traveling in the same direction towards Ankara. Due to the impact, the car was crushed like paper, and the passengers, İpek Kurt and Pınar Albayrak, lost their lives at the scene. The driver, Berat Kaan Y., who is the son of İpek Kurt, escaped the accident without injury.

"HOW AM I GOING TO LIVE NOW?"

The situation was reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Following the report, health, fire, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene. The medical teams that arrived at the accident site determined that İpek Kurt and Pınar Albayrak, who were in the vehicle, had lost their lives. The driver, who saw his mother dead in the passenger seat, said, "Say something, how am I going to live now?"

Long vehicle queues formed in the area due to the accident. After the examination by the Public Prosecutor, the lifeless bodies of the individuals who lost their lives in the accident were taken to the hospital morgue. An investigation has been initiated regarding the accident.
