The Candidate Pool System, which connects job seekers with employers in Turkey, has become a gateway to employment for many individuals. Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan stated that, as a result, 204,632 people have been placed in jobs.
The Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, announced the latest data obtained from the Candidate Pool System, which connects employers with job seekers. Işıkhan emphasized that this system acts as a bridge between job seekers and employers, accelerating the job finding process. He stated that communication has been established with 204,632 job-seeking citizens through the Candidate Pool System.
204,632 PEOPLE PLACED IN JOBS THROUGH THE CANDIDATE POOL SYSTEM
Minister Işıkhan made statements regarding the Candidate Pool System on his social media account. He reported that 815,608 job-seeking citizens were viewed in the system by 79,235 employers, and he expressed the following: "Thanks to our Candidate Pool System, we bring together our job-seeking citizens and employers on the same platform. Since September of last year, 815,608 of our job-seeking citizens have been viewed in the system by 79,235 employers. As a result of these views, communication has been established with 204,632 job-seeking citizens. With our innovative policies, we will support our employment and make the labor market more efficient."
