Peyman Kuruyemiş, which has been serving as one of the leading companies in the dried fruit and nut sector for many years, has come to the brink of bankruptcy due to financial difficulties. Known for its 30 years of experience and wide product range, the company has had the court extend its temporary period by another two months. If recovery is not achieved, Peyman will face the risk of bankruptcy.
Peyman Nuts, which is part of İş Gıda, has been in the news for financial issues for a long time. During the temporary period granted under the concordat for the 30-year-old company, it was decided to continue measures to protect its assets. The court requested a new report from the temporary commissioner committee following the concordat process.
BANKRUPTCY IS IMMINENT
It was unanimously decided that the next hearing in the concordat process will be held on June 25, 2025. In this hearing, the report presented by the three-member commissioner committee will be decisive. If it is concluded that the company is unable to fulfill its obligations, Peyman's bankruptcy will be on the agenda.
