The first hearing of the "Saint İhsan Aktaş criminal organization" case continues on its fourth day. In the hearing where 200 defendants, including 7 mayors from the CHP, are being tried, detained individuals from Esenyurt Municipality and İsfalt will present their defense. The hearing began with the defense of Esenyurt Deputy Mayor İbrahim Halil Çalış.
The trial of the "Aziz İhsan Aktaş criminal organization," which started on January 27, continues on its fourth day in the 1st courtroom of Marmara Prison in Silivri. In the hearing, the defenses of the detained individuals from Esenyurt Municipality and İsfalt will be taken.
In the trial where 200 defendants are being prosecuted, including 7 mayors from the CHP, Avcılar Mayor Utku Caner Çaykara, Seyhan Mayor Oya Tekin, Ceyhan Mayor Kadir Aydar, Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zeydan Karalar, Beşiktaş Mayor Rıza Akpolat, and other detained defendants, as well as non-detained defendants and the parties' lawyers, were present.

Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zeydan Karalar Beşiktaş Mayor Rıza Akpolat Avcılar Mayor Utku Caner Çaykara Seyhan Mayor Oya Tekin Ceyhan Mayor Kadir Aydar Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere, who has been reinstated to his position, and Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer, who has been suspended, are being tried without detention.

Detained Avcılar Mayor Utku Caner Çaykara is facing 5 to 15 years for charges of "manipulating a tender" and "receiving bribes," while released Esenyurt Mayor Ahmet Özer is also facing 3 to 9 years for charges of "manipulating a tender" and "forgery in private documents."
Detained Seyhan Mayor Oya Tekin, Ceyhan Mayor Kadir Aydar, Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zeydan Karalar, and reinstated Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere are facing 4 to 12 years for the charge of "receiving bribes."
While 5 mayors facing various charges are being held in prison, Aziz İhsan Aktaş, who is alleged to be the "leader of the criminal organization" and is facing up to 450 years in prison, is being tried without detention.
