Senegalese social media phenomenon Khabene Lame (Khaby Lame), who is the most followed person on TikTok with 160 million followers, signed a $975 million deal with Rich Sparkle Holdings for the sale of the company that manages his brand and commercial activities. Lame, who will continue to be the controlling shareholder, allowed for the creation of e-commerce content in multiple languages and different time zones as part of the agreement. This permission also includes the creation of Lame's digital twin.
25-year-old content creator Khabene Lame (Khaby Lame), known for his silent comedy videos on the social media platform TikTok, sold a portion of his managing company, Step Distinctive Limited, to Rich Sparkle, a publicly traded holding company based in Hong Kong.
$975 MILLION DEAL
Having signed a $975 million sales agreement and being the most followed person on TikTok with 160 million followers, Lame will continue to hold a controlling stake in the new structure. In Rich Sparkle's press release, it was stated that commercial activities aimed at Lame's fans could generate over $4 billion in annual sales revenue.
A DIGITAL TWIN WILL ALSO BE CREATED
As part of the agreement, Lame has allowed the creation of e-commerce content aimed at multiple languages and different time zones. This permission also includes the creation of a digital twin of Lame using artificial intelligence, capturing his face, voice, and behavioral patterns. Rich Sparkle plans to expand Lame's influence through new collaborations.

The social media phenomenon, ranked 10th on Forbes' list of top content creators, is estimated to earn $20 million from TikTok in 2025. In addition to the income he generates from views, Lame also earns significant revenue through collaborations with many brands.
