LOST BALANCE ON GRAVEL AND HIT THE SIGN
The accident occurred around 17:00 on August 17 at Şile Avlak Curve. Ceyda Yakova, who had graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University's Psychology Department about a month ago, was visiting a friend living in Şile. After the visit, Yakova set out on her motorcycle to go for a ride. The wheel of the motorcycle ridden by Yakova entered gravel at Avlak Curve on Şile Road. Losing her balance, Yakova hit a direction sign on the roadside.
LOST HER LIFE
Upon the report of those who saw Yakova thrown by the impact of the collision, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Yakova, who received first aid at the scene by medical teams, was taken to Şile State Hospital with serious injuries. As her condition was critical, Yakova was transferred to Sancaktepe Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Training and Research Hospital, where it was determined she had internal bleeding. Despite all interventions at the hospital, Yakova lost her life.
