In an accident where an ambulance on its way to an emergency collided with a truck loaded with hazelnuts in Samsun, 1 healthcare worker lost their life and 3 people were injured.
THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED ON WEDNESDAY
The accident occurred around 14:45 on the Samsun-Ordu Highway in the Çarşamba district. The truck loaded with hazelnuts, driven by Cemal Ü., collided with the ambulance driven by Recep Sağıroğlu, which was on its way to the emergency.
4 PEOPLE WERE INJURED
In the accident, ambulance driver Recep Sağıroğlu, healthcare workers Tuğba A. and Oğuzhan K., and truck driver Cemal Ü. were injured.
BAD NEWS CAME FROM THE HOSPITAL
The injured were taken to Çarşamba State Hospital after the first intervention at the scene. Despite all the doctors' interventions, the heavily injured ambulance driver Recep Sağıroğlu lost his life.
