Gökhan Böcek stated that he informed his father about the situation and that Muhittin Böcek said, 'Do what is necessary.' Gökhan Böcek stated that he delivered the money to Ağbaba through an intermediary.

200 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN A BAG

Gökhan Böcek stated that when Özgür Özel came to Antalya, he delivered 200 thousand dollars in a bag with his father's knowledge, and that during the Konyaaltı mayoral election process, 15 million lira in support was given to the party. "MY SON'S STATEMENT IS CORRECT"

In his statement, Muhittin Böcek noted that following comments made by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel during a meeting, he told Gökhan to do what was necessary regarding the party headquarters' requests for financial and moral support for candidacy and campaign work. He stated that sometime before the candidacy process, his son came to him and said he had been called by Veli Ağbaba upon Özgür Özel's request and that 1 million euros was demanded, to which he replied, 'You do what is necessary.' Muhittin Böcek said, 'My son Gökhan's statement about being demanded 1 million euros is correct.'

When Muhittin Böcek was reminded of Gökhan Böcek's statement regarding the delivery of 200 thousand dollars during a launch event in Antalya upon Özgür Özel's request, he said, 'I do not know the details of this matter, but as I explained above, I had informed him about meeting such a request from the headquarters. I had previously instructed Gökhan to meet requests during election campaigns.'
