Three suspects in Istanbul's Bakırköy district came to a business selling window tinting for cars late at night on December 24 and opened fire with a gun. Later in the evening, the suspects returned and fired 13 more shots at the same business. The teams from the Gasp Bureau of the Public Order Department initiated an investigation into the shooting of the business located on Şenlikköy Florya Street, which applies window tinting to vehicles. The teams found numerous bullet casings and bullet cores at the scene. THEY REQUESTED PROTECTION MONEY WITH SHOOTING FOOTAGEIt was learned that in the statement of the business owner S.I., after the first shooting incident, the suspects sent them a video they had recorded and shared on social media, along with a message saying, "You got the message, have your boss call me in the morning." THE SUSPECTS TURNED OUT TO BE MEMBERS OF THE 'DALTONS' CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONTeams that deepened their investigations found the stolen motorcycle used in the incident abandoned on a street in Esenyurt. It was determined that the three identified suspects received instructions from members of the criminal organization known as the 'Daltons' abroad. A.A. (17), E.A. (27), and B.Y. (22) were captured in a raid on the suspects' addresses. THEY WERE REFERRED TO THE COURTDuring the searches at the house, a gun belonging to B.Y. as well as motorcycle helmets and jackets used in the incident were seized. The detained suspects were referred to the courthouse after their procedures at the police station. THE MOMENTS OF TERROR WERE CAPTURED ON CAMERAThe moment of the attack was recorded by security cameras in real-time. The moments when the suspects went to Esenyurt after the incident and covered the motorcycle with a tarp after parking it were also reflected in the security camera footage.
