Following the annulment decision regarding the 38th Ordinary Congress of the CHP, a giant banner of Özgür Özel was hung at the CHP headquarters, where party members flocked. Özel's banner was met with loud applause and chants of "Free Chairman" from the crowd gathered in front of the party.
The 36th Civil Chamber of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeal decided to temporarily suspend the current Chairman Özgür Özel and the party administration from duty, and to have former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu and his administration take over the duty, in the lawsuit regarding the cancellation of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress.
A BANNER OF ÖZGÜR ÖZEL WAS HUNG AT THE HEADQUARTERS
Following the decision, a call was made to party members to "come to the Headquarters." After the call, party members began to gather in front of the Headquarters building. Later, a banner of Özgür Özel was hung on the Headquarters building.

Party members greeted the hanging of the banner with applause. The crowd gathered in front of the party then chanted the slogan "Özgür Chairman."
