ALLEGATION THAT HE BEAT THEM WITH AN IRON ROD AND BROOM HANDLE
The incident occurred on October 17 on Süleyman Fethi Street in the Yukarı Kayabaşı neighborhood. Y.E.D. (15), who was working as an apprentice at a men's hairdresser, and his friend argued with business owner S.G. After the argument escalated, S.G. allegedly beat the 2 apprentices with an iron rod and a wooden broom handle and then locked them in the toilet, forcing them to clean.
After finishing the cleaning, the apprentices went home and told their families what had happened. The families took their children to the hospital and obtained a medical report documenting the beating, then went to the police and filed a complaint against S.G. S.G., who was detained by police teams, was released under judicial control at the courthouse where he was brought before a court.
DETAINED AGAIN AFTER PROSECUTOR'S OBJECTION
Upon the public prosecutor's objection to the decision, barber S.G. was detained again by police teams. It was stated that S.G. would be referred to the courthouse today.
