The 40-year-long terror nightmare has come to an end. The terrorist organization PKK has laid down its arms and disbanded. Former AK Party MP Şamil Tayyar stated that he spoke with a bureaucrat involved in the process regarding the roadmap for the PKK's disarmament, and mentioned that the so-called leaders of the terrorist organization would be going to South Africa and Norway.

A bureaucrat friend from within the process outlined the following roadmap:
- Öcalan directly intervened to resolve the conflict within the organization.
- Weapons will be delivered in Suleymaniyah and Erbil under Turkey's supervision.
- Nearly 300 high-level managers of the organization will go to third countries such as South Africa and Norway, and Iran, Iraq, and Syria will not be included.
- Members of the organization who have not committed crimes will return to the countries they hold citizenship in, and approximately 4,000 Turkish citizens will be gradually received at the border.
- In the first phase, the return of the children of the Diyarbakır mothers will be ensured.
- Öcalan will remain in İmralı.
- There will be no guarantor countries like the USA and France.
- PKK members will also benefit from the new Penal Code, and arrangements will be made for the release of the elderly and sick individuals.
- Depending on the course of the process, a ground for cooperation in the Parliament for a new Constitution will be sought, the penal legislation will be reorganized, and when social consensus is formed in the advanced phase, a partial amnesty may come to the agenda.
- The restructuring of the DEM will be inevitable, but it will not be able to use the name PKK.
- Once the PKK disbands and terrorism ends, the reinstatement of the mayors appointed as trustees in municipalities will be considered.
- Turkey will not withdraw from the region for a long time in the face of the possibility of a new restructuring by breaking away from the organization.
- The YPG structure in Syria will be planned together with the Damascus administration, non-Syrian members of the organization will be expelled, and the remaining members will join the Syrian army.
