A passenger bus overturned on the North Marmara Highway after failing to navigate a curve. According to initial reports, 4 people lost their lives and 26 others were injured in the accident, which was captured second by second by security cameras.

A passenger bus that couldn't take the turn on the North Marmara Highway overturned. While 4 people lost their lives in the accident, it was learned that 20 others are receiving treatment in various hospitals, and the bus driver has been taken into custody.

The accident occurred around 06:30. The passenger bus with the license plate 60 TY 228, which was heading towards Edirne, overturned after failing to take the turn at the Sancaktepe Yenidoğan toll booths. It was learned that 4 out of the 35 passengers on the bus lost their lives, while 20 others were injured. The injured were transported to hospitals by ambulances.

With the help of a tow truck called to the scene, the bus was lifted from where it was located, while the moment of the accident was recorded second by second by a nearby security camera. The footage shows the bus suddenly tipping over while it was in normal motion.
