Tamtad Canning Industry and Trade Joint Stock Company, which has been well-known in the industry for many years, officially went bankrupt due to its inability to pay its debts. This bankruptcy came with the finalization of the bankruptcy decision dated December 7, 2023, by the Tire 1st Commercial Court acting as the Commercial Court.
SECOND MEETING FOR CREDITORS ON SEPTEMBER 18
The Tire Execution Office, which is conducting the liquidation process, has decided that the second creditors' meeting will be held on September 18, 2024, at the Tire Bankruptcy Directorate, due to the finalization of the bankruptcy of the bankrupt company.
The decision reminded that creditors whose claims have been fully or partially accepted and creditors whose claims have been fully or partially rejected can file a registration acceptance lawsuit and attend the meeting, and it was announced that the creditors who will attend the meeting should be present in person at the meeting place on the specified day and time or be represented by an authorized representative.
