The Dallas Cowboys cheerleader briefly fainted after being struck hard on the head by a football during the Cowboys-Commanders game played at AT&T Stadium on Sunday. In the season finale on Sunday, Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey successfully made a kick from 31 yards and returned to the field for the kickoff. It seems that the ball strangely came off Aubrey's foot as he attempted a low kick - but the lack of accuracy and power was not the end of the story. As the ball floated out of bounds, it headed towards the sideline where the Cowboys Cheerleaders were performing. The ball soared through the air and hit rookie dancer Michelle Siemienowski in the back of the head. Teammates immediately stopped the performance to check on their fallen friend after the impact. Washington's kicker Tress Way, who was warming up next to the dancers, also came over to Siemienowski after the hit. In footage taken from a different angle, a cameraman is seen attempting to block the ball to protect the cheerleaders. Unfortunately, the ball passed over the cameraman's hand and struck the dancer directly in the head. Although Siemienowski, sitting on the sideline, couldn't hold back her tears from the impact, she was seen laughing as she regained her composure. As one of her teammates handed her water, she was smiling while fanning her face. Born in California, Siemienowski joined the team in 2024 after dancing at the collegiate level at UC Santa Barbara. Dallas entered the last game of the regular season with a 7-9 record. Despite being out of the playoff race, they hope to finish their season strong. On the other hand, the Commanders, with an 11-5 record, secured the sixth seed in the NFC playoff standings.
