An explosion occurred during an experiment in the chemistry laboratory of a science high school in Beylikdüzü. The explosion injured 4 students in the hands and face. While the injured students were taken to the hospital by ambulances, an investigation was initiated regarding the incident.
In the chemistry laboratory of a science high school located in the Barış neighborhood of Beylikdüzü district in Istanbul, terrifying moments were experienced around 14:30. According to claims, a small explosion occurred as a result of the gases reacting during the experiment.
4 STUDENTS INJURED
During the explosion, 4 students present in the laboratory were lightly injured on their hands and faces. Following the explosion, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon the teachers' notification.
INVESTIGATION INITIATED
The injured students were taken to the hospital by ambulances as a precaution after the initial interventions at the scene. An investigation has been initiated regarding the incident.
