The case for the cancellation of CHP's 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress has been postponed to July 10. Gürsel Tekin and his delegation will continue as trustees.

In the lawsuit filed for the interim suspension of the president and administration elected at CHP's 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress and for the annulment of the congress and its decisions, a new hearing was held today.

HEARING ADJOURNED

The Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance adjourned the hearing to July 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM, pending the completion of deficiencies.

Gürsel Tekin and his delegation will continue their trusteeship.
