The court has sentenced Comolli to heavy penalties.

Damien Comolli, the president of Toulouse, who was tried for organized fraud, conducting sports management activities illegally, and complicity in crime, has been fined 30,000 euros and sentenced to one year of disqualification. Comolli previously served as the sporting director at Fenerbahçe.

A decision has been made in the case of organized fraud, conducting sports management activities illegally, complicity, fake agents, forgery, and money laundering in France, involving Toulouse President Damien Comolli.

According to a report by Foot Mercato, the court imposed a fine of 30,000 euros on Comolli, who was previously detained as part of the fake agent investigation.

It was stated that Comolli was also given a one-year ban along with the fine.

On the other hand, another individual being tried in the case, coach Christophe Galtier's son John Valovic-Galtier, was sentenced to two years of suspended prison time. Galtier was also sentenced to a five-year ban and a fine of 30,000 euros along with the suspended prison sentence.

Damien Comolli, who was appointed as the sporting director in 2018 when Ali Koç was elected as the first president of Fenerbahçe, left the yellow-navy team in January 2020.

Since July 2020, Comolli has been serving as the president of Toulouse. Comolli's team, Toulouse, is currently in 9th place in Ligue 1, having collected 21 points after 15 weeks.
