A decision has been made in the case of organized fraud, conducting sports management activities illegally, complicity, fake agents, forgery, and money laundering in France, involving Toulouse President Damien Comolli. According to a report by Foot Mercato, the court imposed a fine of 30,000 euros on Comolli, who was previously detained as part of the fake agent investigation. It was stated that Comolli was also given a one-year ban along with the fine. On the other hand, another individual being tried in the case, coach Christophe Galtier's son John Valovic-Galtier, was sentenced to two years of suspended prison time. Galtier was also sentenced to a five-year ban and a fine of 30,000 euros along with the suspended prison sentence.
