There were 44 secret witnesses in the case. A total of 19 indictments were prepared, exceeding 17,000 pages.



Some defendants passed away without seeing their acquittal. Kuddusi Okkır died from cancer he contracted in Silivri Prison. İlhan Selçuk, Kemal Yavuz, Muzaffer Tekin, Arif Doğan, Uçkun Geray, Erhan Göksel, Sami Hoştan, Mehmet Koral, Ünal İnanç, Salih Kurter, Hüseyin Görüm, Emcet Olcaytu, Engin Aydın, Murat Özkan, and Fatih Derdiyok lost their lives during the trial process.
