The accident occurred on Alparslan Türkeş Boulevard. According to information obtained, the car with license plate 68 AD 171, driven by Muhammet A., went out of control after its driver lost steering control and crashed into a pole in the median. The pole toppled and fell onto a parked car. In the accident, both cars were reduced to scrap, while nearby citizens reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

Following the report, police teams were dispatched to the scene. While traffic teams began an investigation into the accident, the vehicle driver identified from the cameras, Muhammet A., resisted police officers, claiming that "he was not the driver and did not drive the vehicle."
