In a statement made by the prosecutor's office, it was noted that among the reasons for Raun's detention were accusations of 'inciting or humiliating the public to hatred and enmity' and 'purchasing, accepting, or possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use, or using drugs or stimulants.'
