Rönesans Gayrimenkul signed an agreement to purchase the remaining 50 percent stake in the company operating İstanbul Optimum Premium Outlet Mall. Subject to approval by the Competition Board, the company's share in the mall will increase to 100 percent, making Rönesans Gayrimenkul the sole owner of İstanbul Optimum Premium Outlet.
Rönesans Gayrimenkul has signed an agreement to purchase the remaining 50% stake in the company operating Istanbul Optimum Premium Outlet Mall. Upon approval by the Competition Board, the company will become the sole owner of the mall. Rönesans Gayrimenkul has taken a significant step toward full ownership of Istanbul Optimum Premium Outlet Shopping Center.
In line with the company's Board of Directors' decision dated June 3, 2026, a contract was signed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Feriköy Gayrimenkul Yatırım İnşaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., of which it is currently a 50% partner.
SHARES TO BE TRANSFERRED FROM EURO CRESCENT
According to the statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the shares in question will be acquired from Euro Crescent Private Limited. Although the share transfer agreement has been signed, the official transfer of shares has not yet taken place. Approval from the Competition Board is awaited to complete the acquisition.
WILL BECOME SOLE OWNER
If the Competition Board grants permission, Rönesans Gayrimenkul's stake in Feriköy Gayrimenkul will increase to 100%. Thus, Rönesans Gayrimenkul will become the sole owner of Istanbul Optimum Premium Outlet Mall, which was previously under joint management.
WILL EXPAND ITS PORTFOLIO
In the company's statement, it was noted that the acquisition is strategically and financially significant. The statement included the following: "The full ownership of the shopping center by our Company is of great importance for the growth of our portfolio and income." The company announced that it will share developments regarding the process with the public after the application to the Competition Board.
