Alp Kavasoğlu, a name proven in the field of makeup artistry, passed away at the age of 43. The world-famous makeup artist was honored at a funeral ceremony held at Karacaahmet Şakirin Mosque, attended by many people. The news of the famous artist's death was announced by his close friend Fezi Altun.

Altun, who stated, "We are experiencing the sadness of losing our dear friend," noted that Kavasoğlu's death is a great loss for the makeup community. A funeral ceremony was held for the world-renowned makeup artist Alp Kavasoğlu at Karacaahmet Cemetery following the afternoon prayer. Kavasoğlu's family, relatives, friends, and fans attended the funeral. After the funeral prayer, Kavasoğlu's body was buried at Karacaahmet Cemetery.

"HE WAS NOT MEETING WITH ANYONE"

Faik Çetiner, a presenter and writer who attended the funeral, said, "He was a child we grew up with. His father is my friend. He was a very successful child. He got sick and couldn't recover after the illness. His father tried very hard. But it was God's will to overcome this terrible disease. The illness had spread all over him. We were quite involved with doctors, but we couldn't get results. The last treatment didn't respond either. He had also given up. He had a look of acceptance of his fate. He was not meeting with anyone. May he rest in peace, and may his place be paradise," he said.
