After defeating Sivasspor 3-1 at home in the 32nd week of the Trendyol Super League, Kasımpaşa's head coach Burak Yılmaz made striking statements after the match. The young coach talked about the argument he had with fans after the Kayserispor match and the championship race.
"I WANT TO WIN CONSTANTLY"
Responding to questions from the press after the match played at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium, Yılmaz stated that they are a team that can score goals and that they are now also doing well defensively. Adding that they aim to reach better places, Yılmaz said, "I want to win constantly, I want to dominate the game. That's why I sometimes succumb to my ambition. I don't want them to think that I do this consciously. It happens because I get carried away by the power of the game, the intensity of the game. Otherwise, if I make a mistake, I receive a yellow card as a consequence," he expressed.
Yılmaz, who did not want to answer the question regarding the championship race in the Super League, stated, "It is not appropriate for me to comment on the championship race; may the deserving team be the champion. Ask me about my players, ask about Fall, ask about Aytaç. I am not concerned with other players; I am focused on my own players."
