In the preliminary investigation conducted by the Pattaya police regarding the incident that occurred on Monday night, it was determined that the suspects knew Masis Erkol and that the incident was a planned robbery attempt, with all three suspects fleeing the country after the incident.

In his statement to the Thai police, Erkol said that the suspects forced him to transfer cryptocurrency worth 10 million TL by tying his hands and feet, and then fled the scene with his wallet and computer. It was learned that Erkol crawled down from his apartment on the 5th floor to the ground floor and sought help from the building's security officer after the incident.

APPLICATION MADE TO INTERPOL

The Thai police confirmed that one of the suspects, for whom a search warrant was issued, fled to Turkey, while the other two also left the country, stating that an application had been made to Interpol regarding the incident. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
