The final hearing before the verdict in the Narin Güran case has begun.

In the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of the central Bağlar district in Diyarbakır, the second hearing of the murder case of 8-year-old Narin Güran, whose body was found in Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8, 19 days after she went missing on August 21, is continuing on its third day. The detained defendants, mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, uncle Salim Güran, and neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, are being tried for "intentional murder of a child in participation" with a request for aggravated life imprisonment. While no decision was announced on the second day of the hearing, a decision is expected to be made on the third day.

Enes Güran's last lawyer, Mustafa Demir, and mother Yüksel Güran will present their defense on the third day of the hearing.

WHEN WILL THE DECISION BE ANNOUNCED?

After the court takes the final words for the decision, it will be deliberated for 3-5 hours or maybe 1 day, and then the decision will be announced.

THE HEARING HAS STARTED

At the beginning of the hearing, former Diyarbakır Bar Association President Nahit Eren spoke about the lawyers who were removed from the courtroom yesterday.

• Nahit Eren: We were saddened by your silence regarding the irregularities that occurred in the hearing. The defendants are shouting here. The defendants are speaking in a threatening manner. I was shouted at and called. But we do not accept the attitude you have towards the lawyer. In this sense, our request from you is that no one should be in a position to intimidate anyone. Yesterday, Kalashnikovs were mentioned in this hall, and you said nothing.
• Presiding Judge: I have judged PKK, ISIS, and FETÖ members here. I know very well where to intervene. I am not yesterday's judge. I deliberately allowed Enes's Kalashnikov talk. Maybe I will file a criminal complaint. Maybe he will say something that will affect my decision. We also have our own knowledge! My goodwill should not be abused. If my goodwill is abused, I will even remove the members of parliament.
