According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the expression "86" in American slang means "to throw out" or "to get rid of." It is said that this term originated from a bar called Chumley's in New York in the 1930s and was associated with the ejection of drunken customers.
The number "47" is thought to refer to Donald Trump, the 47th president of the United States. For this reason, Trump supporters claim that the combination "86 47" is a call for Trump's elimination.
