On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the AK Party, Nationalist Movement Party Chairman Devlet Bahçeli sent a congratulatory flower to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The wreath, which Bahçeli, not breaking tradition, sent to the celebration area at the Capital National Garden, was adorned with red, white, and orange carnations symbolizing the AK Party's 25th anniversary.

Founded on August 14, 2001, and opening the doors to a new era in Turkish politics, the AK Party is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a magnificent event held at the Capital's Nation Garden. A special gesture that arrived at the area before the historic program, where President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will address citizens, drew attention.

GIANT WREATH AT THE CEREMONY AREA

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahceli sent a congratulatory flower to President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the occasion of the AK Party's 25th founding anniversary. The giant wreath brought to the ceremony area at the Capital's Nation Garden was adorned with red and white carnations. On the lower part of the wreath, the number "25" was crafted with white and orange carnations, which have become the symbol of the AK Party over the quarter century.

Here is the English translation of the Turkish text.

TRADITION WAS NOT BROKEN IN THE 25TH YEAR

MHP Leader Devlet Bahceli continued his tradition of sending wreaths to important programs such as the AK Party's founding anniversaries and special congresses on the party's 25th birthday as well. This gesture, which reinforced the alliance's message of unity, was met with interest by those present.
