The court also pointed out that the expert report regarding the video indicated that the male individual placed the hidden camera in a way that it could see the shower cabin and the toilet, and that the camera angle was such that a woman whose face was not visible entered the frame, and at the end of the recording, it was noted that the defendant retrieved the camera from where he had mounted it. The court ruled that when the structure of the incident, the expert report, and the digital material examination report were evaluated together with the evidence in the file, the actions of the defendant towards the victim G.B. exceeded the limits of harassment in terms of their nature. The defendant was sentenced to a total of 15 years and 9 months in prison for 'Child Sexual Abuse' and 'Violation of Privacy', and it was ruled that he be arrested. The defendant was taken into custody in the courtroom along with the verdict.

After the announcement of the verdict, G.B. stated that the defendant's brother attacked her as she was leaving the courtroom, saying, "They came from behind us, my uncle pushed my stepfather and cursed. I was going to intervene to prevent a fight, but he choked me. He tore my collarbone on the left side. I got a medical report, and I will file a complaint."

Justice has made the necessary decision. We are very happy. Her father is in prison now, and she will look forward to her life as a freer, stronger young girl, learning from what she has experienced. Of course, we were very pleased with the decision. However, after the father was arrested and taken away by the police, the uncle incredibly assaulted our daughter at the entrance of the courthouse. We obtained a medical report, and we will continue our complaint regarding that as well," she said.
