The eagerly awaited Eid al-Adha bonuses for retirees have started to be paid. A total payment of 57.4 billion Turkish lira, amounting to 4,000 TL for each retiree, will be completed within 4 days.
The holiday bonuses that millions of retirees have been eagerly waiting for have started to be paid as of today. Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan announced that a total of 57.4 billion TL in bonuses will be distributed between May 31 and June 4.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE DETERMINED BY GROUP
According to Minister Işıkhan's statement;
Bağ-Kur (4B) retirees will receive their payments on May 31,
retirees under the Retirement Fund (4C) will receive theirs on June 1,
and SSK (4A) retirees will receive their bonuses on June 2, 3, and 4.
Each retiree will receive a holiday bonus of 4,000 TL. This payment, which is the same amount given during Ramadan, aims to provide some relief to retirees before the Kurban Bayramı.
57.4 BILLION LIRA OF HUGE RESOURCES ALLOCATED
Minister Işıkhan emphasized in a post on his social media account that a total of 57.4 billion lira will be paid to retirees and their beneficiaries. He conveyed his best wishes to retirees, saying, "I wish it to be beneficial and prosperous for the veterans of our country and their precious families."
