With the judicial decree prepared by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, the duty locations of 14 judges and prosecutors have been changed. The changes include appointments to the Supreme Court Prosecutor's Office and various regional courts of appeal.
The Judges and Prosecutors Council (HSC) has changed the duty locations of 14 judges and prosecutors.
NEW ASSIGNMENT FOR 14 JUDGES AND PROSECUTORS
The judicial decree prepared by the First Chamber of the HSC was announced on the institution's website. According to the decree, changes were made to the duty locations of 14 judges and prosecutors working in the judicial system.
Accordingly, Mehmet Yılmaz, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Ankara West, was appointed to the Supreme Court Public Prosecutor's Office, Armağan Buran, Member of the Ankara Regional Administrative Court, was appointed to the Supreme Court Public Prosecutor's Office, Mehmet Ali Yüce, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Antalya, was appointed to the Kayseri Regional Court of Appeals Public Prosecutor's Office, Gökçe Demirci Yıldız, Supreme Court Rapporteur Judge, was appointed to the Membership of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeals, Muhammet Sarı, Public Prosecutor of Karaman, was appointed to the Supreme Court Public Prosecutor's Office, Doğan Çabuk, Public Prosecutor of Ankara, was appointed to the Ankara Regional Court of Appeals Public Prosecutor's Office, and Musa Talih, President of the Burdur Heavy Penal Court, was appointed to the Presidency of the Isparta Heavy Penal Court.
Canan Karaaslan, Member of the Diyarbakır Regional Court of Appeals, was appointed to the Membership of the Ankara Regional Court of Appeals, Vedat Efe, Judge of Diyarbakır, was appointed to the Presidency of the Burdur Heavy Penal Court, Esra Nur Talih, Judge of Burdur, was appointed to the Judgeship of Isparta, Burak Özer, Public Prosecutor of Yalvaç, was appointed to the Public Prosecutor's Office of Çubuk, Oğuz Saylam, Public Prosecutor of Bodrum, was appointed to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Elmalı, Aslıhan Erhan, Judge of Nazilli, was appointed to the Judgeship of Ankara, and Şerife Evleksiz, Public Prosecutor of Ankara West, was appointed to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office of Kızılcahamam.
