The indictment regarding the investigation into the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, which has devastated Turkey, has been prepared, with 12 people arrested. The main suspect in the indictment is uncle Salim Güran. Uncle Salim Güran's name was mentioned as the primary defendant in the indictment. According to the indictment, uncle Salim Güran, who is the village headman of Tavşantepe Village, has been recorded as the main suspect in the murder. It was stated that a case would be opened in the heavy criminal court against a total of 22 defendants, including 12 who are in custody. Following the court's acceptance of the indictment, the trial is expected to begin in the coming days. WHAT HAPPENED?After 8-year-old Narin Güran went missing in Tavşantepe Village in Diyarbakır Bağlar, her lifeless body was found in a sack in Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8. It was determined that Narin was placed in a sack along with her school bag and thrown into the stream from a distance of 1.5 kilometers, confirming that the incident was a murder. As a result of a comprehensive investigation conducted under the coordination of the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a team including the deputy chief prosecutor and three prosecutors carried out a meticulous examination. Based on the collected evidence, the investigation into the murder of Narin Güran was deepened. A total of 12 people, including her mother Yüksel Güran, brother Enes Güran, uncle Salih Güran, aunts Hediye and Maşallah Güran, and Nevzat Bahtiyar, who buried the body, were arrested as they were found to be connected to the incident. An indictment was prepared in the investigation.
