The indictment seeks a prison sentence of up to 266 years for Mehmet Akif Ersoy on charges of "establishing and managing a criminal organization," 11 counts of "aggravated sexual assault," "trafficking or supplying narcotic or stimulant substances," and "facilitating the use of narcotic substances."
