With the acceptance of the indictment prepared by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office by the Yalova 1st Heavy Penal Court, an important stage has been passed in the judicial process regarding Güllü's death.

INDICTMENT ACCEPTED: AGGRAVATED LIFE SENTENCE DEMANDED FOR GÜLTER

In the case where Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter will be tried for "premeditated murder against an ascendant," the prosecutor's office demanded an aggravated life sentence.

The Forensic Medicine Institute assessed that the death occurred as a result of general body trauma due to a high fall, skull fractures, brain hemorrhage, multiple bone fractures, and internal organ and major vessel injuries.

THE "FLOOR WAS SLIPPERY" CLAIM WAS INVESTIGATED

Within the scope of the investigation, claims that the floor of the room where the incident occurred was slippery were also examined. The indictment stated that the examination by the Bursa Regional Criminal Police Laboratory found no residue of any chemical substance that could cause slipperiness on the floor.

PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE LISTED DIGITAL EVIDENCE ONE BY ONE

In the indictment, in addition to the crime scene investigations, digital evidence was also given extensive coverage. The suspect's mobile phone examinations, WhatsApp messages, audio recordings, security camera footage, HTS records, communication surveillance logs, and criminal examination reports were listed among the evidence.

TEXT MESSAGES ALSO ENTERED THE FILE AS EVIDENCE

The prosecutor's office also included the WhatsApp messages between Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and her ex-boyfriend Kervan Eminoğlu as evidence in the indictment. It was stated that in the messages, the suspect mentioned the problems she had with her mother, using expressions such as "I'm fed up with this mother of mine," "My mother is dead, I swear she is dead," "Let her die," and "I will make this woman regret it so much." SOUNDS OF THE NIGHT OF THE INCIDENT EXAMINED SECOND BY SECOND

The indictment stated that the camera and audio recordings of the moment of the incident were examined second by second by experts. In the expert report, it was stated that after Gül Tut came out of the bathroom, the roman havasi (traditional dance music) called "Malkata" began to play, and Gül Tut said, "Is everyone ready?," "Wow, amazing, look, look at the crazy people, turn up the music," and "Come, come, girl, come here."

According to the report, while Gül Tut, Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, and Sultan Nur Ulu were dancing to the music, physical contact also occurred between them.

According to Sultan Nur Ulu's statement in the indictment, it was claimed that right after Tuğyan said "Okay, see you," she grabbed Gül Tut with both hands from below the hip, lifted her feet off the ground, and threw her out the window. When Sultan said "Ah, oh," Tuğyan said "Come on, run."

"MALKATA" SONG PLAYED UNTIL THE FINAL MOMENTS OF THE INCIDENT

Based on the expert report, the prosecutor's office assessed that Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter asked Sultan Nur Ulu to play the song "Malkata," which was stated to be very loved by Gül Tut, before the incident. It was stated that Sultan Nur Ulu also started the song on her phone.

The indictment noted that "Malkata" continued uninterrupted until the moment of the fall, that the music sound cut off when Tuğyan and Sultan started running downstairs, and that no deletion or manipulation was found in the camera recordings.

THREE IMPACT SOUNDS DETECTED BEFORE THE FALL

It was stated that in the expert examination of the audio recordings, three impact or hitting sounds were detected in succession before the fall. The report assessed that the first sound could be light, the second sound could be hitting a hard floor, and the third sound could be an impact, hitting, or rubbing sound against a softer surface or skin.

PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE ALSO EVALUATED PHYSICAL CONTACT AND THE FALL PROCESS

In the indictment, it was stated that an examination of Sultan Nur Ulu's mobile phone revealed that in a voice recording dated November 28, 2025, during a conversation with lawyer Burçe Gülhan Gözeler, she used expressions such as "I don't want to bear the consequences of Tuğyan's actions anymore.
