'Pazaryeri Boza', synonymous with Pazaryeri and an important part of a traditional production culture dating back many years, holds a special place among the district's economic and cultural values. With the geographical indication registration, an important step has been taken to protect the unique quality of Pazaryeri Boza, increase its recognition, brand it, and pass it on to future generations.
PRODUCED ENTIRELY WITHIN DISTRICT BORDERS
Making a statement on the subject, Pazaryeri Mayor Zekiye Tekin said, "All stages of production of Pazaryeri Boza, which has a strong bond with the region, from the processing of raw materials to obtaining the final product, are carried out within the geographical borders of the Pazaryeri district."
