For example, one will come to my school where I work as a teacher. My school is a village school in terms of socioeconomic status. An intern will come. Within the framework we define, they will intern with me for two weeks. I will make an evaluation regarding our teacher candidate. We have a format. The experiences of our teacher candidate related to the teaching profession will be very different over two or three weeks.
