Outside of the theoretical training part, our teacher candidate will go to multiple schools for internships, as is currently fashionable. For example, one will come to my school where I work as a teacher. My school is a village school in terms of socioeconomic status. An intern will come. Within the framework we define, they will intern with me for two weeks. I will make an evaluation regarding our teacher candidate. We have a format. The experiences of our teacher candidate related to the teaching profession will be very different over two or three weeks.



"THERE WILL BE MULTIPLE EVALUATIONS"



My observations will be marked in accordance with the format prepared by my ministry. Then, the teacher candidate will come to you. They will have interned with you for a few weeks. You will also make an evaluation. In this way, through multiple evaluations, our teacher candidates will have interned alongside experienced teachers who have taught for years in the field.
