In the investigation regarding the mother and son whose bodies were found 10 days after they went missing in the Bozkurt district of Kastamonu, it was decided to place an electronic bracelet on one individual.
After leaving her home in the Bozkurt district of Kastamonu, a mother and her son, who were not heard from again, were found dead 10 days later. A decision was made to place an electronic bracelet on a person in connection with the case under judicial control.
On November 2, after leaving their home in the Meteorology TOKİ Housing in the Central Neighborhood of Bozkurt district, the lifeless bodies of mother Huriye Helvacı and her son Osman Helvacı were found 10 days later in a stream bed located within the borders of Köseali village.
After the work of the public prosecutor and the Crime Scene Investigation teams, the lifeless bodies of Huriye and her son Osman Helvacı were retrieved with difficulty from the cliff. The bodies of the mother and son, sent to the Ankara Forensic Medicine Institution, were brought back to their hometown of Bozkurt in Kastamonu for burial after the procedures there.
ELECTRONIC BRACELET TO BE PLACED ON THE EX-BROTHER-IN-LAW
As part of the investigation conducted by the İnebolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, a decision was made to place an electronic bracelet on Mustafa Uzun, who is the ex-brother-in-law of Huriye Helvacı, after he made suspicious statements on a television program under judicial control.
MOTHER'S BAG AND SHOES WERE ALSO FOUND
While the search efforts in the area continued uninterrupted, AFAD, UMKE, JAK, and commando units found the mother's bag about 200 meters away from where her body was located and her shoes about 100 meters away.
The teams continuing the search efforts in the area also reached the lost mobile phone as a result of their searches in a nearby area to where the mother was found.
With the resolution of the information on the phone as part of the investigation conducted by the İnebolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it is expected that the veil of secrecy surrounding the incident will be lifted. Additionally, a lost item belonging to the mother was also found along with the recently discovered mobile phone.
