An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) allegedly belonging to Hezbollah targeted the home of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The Israeli government imposed a publication ban on Israeli media outlets. Netanyahu's spokesperson confirmed that a drone was launched towards the Prime Minister's residence. Following this explosive development that made headlines worldwide, the latest images of the house targeted by Hezbollah were released. The footage showed that only a small part of the house was damaged.

A HISTORIC FIRST

Hezbollah's television station Al Manar presented the attack with the headline "A Historic First - A drone struck the Prime Minister's house in Kayseria," reporting that the kamikaze UAV bypassed all of Israel's air defense systems and helicopters to reach its target. In one of the recordings shared on social media, a missile fired from Israeli air defense systems was seen missing Hezbollah's drone and falling into Nehariye.

"A SERIOUS SECURITY FIASCO"

A security official speaking to Israeli army radio stated that the attack in Kayseria was a very serious security blunder. The unnamed official also added that security services have launched an investigation into the fiasco. Al Jazeera reported that fighter jets and helicopters belonging to the Israeli Air Force were deployed in Kayseria. Following the panic in Tel Aviv and the surrounding areas of Kayseria, sirens were sounded this time in the strategic port city of Haifa. It was reported that a missile fired by Hezbollah fell in an open area in the town of Yokneam, north of Haifa.
