The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change continues the lottery draws for the 'Century Housing Project', which will see the construction of 500,000 social housing units across 81 provinces, while Minister Murat Kurum announced the 14 provinces where the lottery will be held this week.
The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has launched the largest social housing project in Turkey's history with the "Century's Housing Project," which covers 81 provinces as announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
With the project, 500,000 safe houses will be built across the country against disaster risks. During the application process, which started on November 10, 2025, and lasted until December 19, 2025, the applications of 5 million 242 thousand citizens were deemed valid. The first draws were held on December 29, 2025, in Adıyaman, an earthquake-affected area. Subsequently, draws were also held in Şırnak and Hakkâri under the coordination of TOKİ to determine the rightful owners.

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum shared a message on his social media account regarding the draws to be held this week, stating, "From Siirt to Antalya, from Artvin to Bingöl. 14 more of our cities will experience the excitement of the Century's Housing Project! We continue to determine the rightful owners of our 500 thousand social houses."
Additionally, Minister Kurum is expected to attend the ceremony for determining the rightful owners to be held in Antalya on Saturday, January 10.
WHICH PROVINCES WILL THE DRAWS BE HELD THIS WEEK?
The "Housing Purchase Right and Housing Determination Draw," which will be held in the presence of a notary, continues to determine the main and reserve lists. Tomorrow (January 5), draws will be held in Siirt and Van, on January 6 in Mardin and Ağrı, on January 7 in Batman and Iğdır, on January 8 in Bitlis and Kars, on January 9 in Muş and Ardahan, on January 10 in Antalya and Bingöl, and on January 11 in Artvin and Tunceli.
