The businessman who went home with a woman he met at a nightclub in Istanbul was threatened with a claim of a 50,000 lira debt in a trap set under the pretext of drugs, forcing him to pay money.
In an incident that took place in Istanbul, a businessman who went home with a woman he met at a nightclub faced a major blackmail attempt. It was learned that the woman asked the businessman to procure drugs and later demanded money under the pretext of a debt.
MET AT THE BAR, WENT TO HIS HOME
The incident occurred last night at an entertainment venue in Bebek. The businessman, Ş.T., established a rapport with a woman named A.K. at the venue. Later in the evening, at the woman's suggestion, they went to the businessman’s home together.
DEMAND FOR DRUGS AND DEBT CLAIM
According to a report in Sabah; after a while at the house, A.K. asked the businessman to procure drugs. When Ş.T. refused, the woman called someone to the address, saying she would place an order for herself. Shortly after, along with the person who arrived, the woman demanded the payment of a debt of 50,000 lira that she claimed had previously arisen.
“I WILL REPORT TO THE POLICE” THREAT
After the businessman rejected this demand, it was alleged that A.K. threatened, saying, “I will call the police and report drug activity.” Following the events, the frightened businessman paid the requested money and kicked the woman out of the house. The incident once again brought to the agenda the fraud and blackmail attempts carried out by similar methods.
