According to the repeated decision of the Official Gazette, some taxes and fees that will be applicable in 2025 have been increased by the revaluation rate. Additionally, daily meal and travel allowances have also been determined.

DAILY MEAL AND TRANSPORTATION FEES ANNOUNCED

Additionally, daily meal and transportation fees have also been announced. Accordingly, in 2024, the meal allowance exemption amount, which is set at 170 TL per day, will increase to 240 TL in 2025, and the transportation allowance exemption amount, which is 88 TL, will rise to 126 TL.

Thus, monthly payments of 6,240 TL for meal allowances and 3,276 TL for transportation allowances can also be paid to employees as tax-exempt.
