CENTRAL and EASTERN BLACK SEA

It is predicted to be very cloudy, with intermittent rainfall expected along the Central Black Sea coasts, Eastern Black Sea, and Tokat regions. Rain is expected in coastal areas, while mixed rain and snow will be seen in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea; local strong rainfall is expected in the Rize and Artvin coasts during the noon hours.
