During the transition process to the National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS), taxpayers will be provided with discounted prices and various supports for the purchase of the Vehicle Identification Unit (TTB). Those who complete their registration processes by April 30 will be able to benefit from these advantages.
As the transition process to the National Vehicle Identification System (UTTS) continues rapidly across Turkey, the General Directorate of the Mint and Stamp Printing House announced important regulations for vehicle owners and Authorized Vehicle Assembly Companies.
SUPPORT AND ADVANTAGES WILL BE PROVIDED
Since 2025 is the transition year to UTTS, various supports and advantages will be provided to taxpayers regarding the purchase of the Vehicle Identification Unit (TTB). Those who complete their registration processes by April 30 will benefit from a discounted price.
According to the statement made by the Mint, it was announced that for taxpayers who will complete their registration and payment processes between March 25, 2025, and April 30, 2025, the TTB fee, including VAT and installation, will be applied as 2,172 TL.
SUPPORT AND ADVANTAGES FOR THOSE WHO INSTALL BY MARCH 25
Taxpayers who purchase TTB from the Mint at 2025 prices and complete the installation process between January 1, 2025, and March 25, 2025, will be able to benefit from various supports and advantages worth 619.45 TL within the year 2025. These taxpayers need to complete the necessary registration and applications through utts.gov.tr by April 30, 2025.
REFUND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET INSTALLED BY MARCH 25
Taxpayers who have purchased TTB and made the payment but have not completed the installation process and have not yet received an invoice between January 1, 2025, and March 25, 2025, will receive a refund of 619.45 TL via bank transfer after the completion of the TTB installation process. It is recommended to follow the utts.gov.tr website and the announcements and statements made by the Mint for detailed information and the application process regarding the transition to UTTS.
