As stones were thrown during the bus's passage, moments of the surrounding security forces trying to intervene were reflected on camera. The Samsun Police Department has launched a large-scale operation to identify and capture the suspects, accepting these images as evidence.

Following the spread of the attack footage, the Trabzonspor Club released a venomous statement on their social media account. Emphasizing that the incidents were not coincidental, the burgundy-blue club stated: "The stone attack on our team bus before the Samsunspor match clearly shows that what has happened is no longer isolated but an organized attack. These heinous acts, repeated in Kocaeli and Antalya, are unacceptable."

The club stated that the life safety of the athletes and technical staff is clearly under threat, demanding that exemplary punishments be given to the perpetrators to put an end to these "despicable attempts" against the reputation of Turkish football.
