Fenerbahçe General Secretary Burak Kızılhan announced that although Ali Koç has approximately 80 million euros in receivables from the club, the amount he donated and provided without compensation to Fenerbahçe during his tenure is double that, around 160 million euros.
Speaking at Fenerbahçe's Extraordinary Elective General Assembly, Secretary General Burak Kızılhan shared the financial report for the period from June 1, 2025 to September 21, 2025, making important statements about the club's financial structure.
EXIT FROM THE BANKS ASSOCIATION PROCESS
Stating that they have taken critical steps for the club's financial independence, Kızılhan said that capital increases and financial restructuring efforts have been successfully completed.
Kızılhan said, "On July 18, we increased our capital by 400 percent to 1 billion 250 million lira. The funds obtained were used for loan repayments, and the loan balance decreased to 69 million euros. With the new capital increase initiated later, our capital rose to 6 billion 250 million lira. As of January 20, 2026, our club exited the Banks Association agreement and gained financial independence."
ALİ KOÇ HAD 80 MILLION EUROS RECEIVABLE FROM THE CLUB
Burak Kızılhan stated that according to the data in the financial statements, Ali Koç had approximately 80 million euros receivable from the club, but the former president made no claims regarding this matter.
Kızılhan reminded that Ali Koç has declared for years that he would not demand a single penny from Fenerbahçe in public, and noted that after the change of management, this will was also communicated to the club in writing.

Referring to the extent of Ali Koç's support for the club, Kızılhan shared a striking figure. Kızılhan stated, "The total resources our president donated and provided unconditionally to our club during his term are twice this mentioned amount."
With this statement, it was revealed that Ali Koç's total support to Fenerbahçe is approximately 160 million euros.
