In the Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa, a family is experiencing great fear and helplessness due to mysterious fires that allegedly occur spontaneously. At the home of Ali Altunkalem, residing in Turgut Özal Neighborhood, belongings suddenly ignite despite no electrical wiring issues or flammable materials that could cause a fire, according to claims. A motorcycle and household items were reduced to ashes in the fire.
NEIGHBORS' SCREAMS PREVENTED DISASTER
Homeowner Ali Altunkalem, who said they woke up to their neighbors' cries, stated: "For no reason, our house has burned twice in a month. When it first burned, we took all precautions regarding electricity and wiring, but we don't know how the last fire happened; the room was closed. We were sleeping in the other room, and we woke up to our neighbors' screams; our house was on fire. The room door was closed. When we came and opened the door, we called the fire department, and they came and intervened. We still don't know the cause of the fire; our house has burned twice for no reason."
IT STARTS INSIDE THE WARDROBES
Ali Altunkalem, who claims the fire started inside the wardrobe while the room was locked, said: "We have nothing left to use. Everything of ours burned. Right now, only the clothes on our backs remain. The fire didn't start where the electricity was. It started in the wardrobe, and there was no electricity there either. The room was also locked."
