Armed groups opposing the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria have regained control of 16 residential areas from regime forces in Hama province, following their advances in Aleppo and Idlib provinces. The regime-opposing groups led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, which have been in conflict with regime forces for six days, have captured some small settlements in the direction of Hama province. Armed groups that have regained most of the city center of Aleppo and all of Idlib province from regime forces have also taken control of the settlements of Celime, Elzeka, Beridec, Cübbeyin, Tel Meleh, Kırkat, Muğayyir, and Mabtan in regime-controlled Hama in southern Idlib, as well as the villages of Tüveyne, Huveyz, Şeria, and Bab Taka in the Ghab Plain.
