The Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, received the 2.1 million TL prize won by famous artists during the New Year's special program of the "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" competition, which they donated for children under state protection.

In the New Year's special program of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," artists such as Betül Demir, Burak Deniz, Ceza, Doğu Demirkol, Su Burcu Yazgı Coşkun, and Ziynet Sali competed and decided to donate the 2.1 million TL they won for the future of children staying in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

A CHECK OF 2.1 MILLION HAS BEEN DELIVERED

ATV General Manager Ali Türkaslan and the producer of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," Mehmet Çam, visited Minister Göktaş today to deliver the check of 2.1 million TL. ATV General Manager Ali Türkaslan stated that they contribute by donating the prizes won in their programs during all special occasions for the children in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

Göktaş, who hosted Türkaslan and Çam in his office, expressed his satisfaction with the artists' exemplary behavior and stated that he found it very meaningful to create awareness on this issue. Göktaş said: "I would also like to thank all the names participating in the program through you. It is truly an important step to express sensitivity on this issue and to create awareness. I am receiving this check on behalf of all our children in our institutions. These children are the children of the state, the nation, and all of us. It is our duty to take care of them. This has been a beautiful contribution to them. Thank you again for your contributions."
